“Everything went smoothly. There were about 20 people in the waiting room, and I expected to be there for at least 2 hours. I took 4 different eye tests, and I was done in under an hour. I only have one complain - I had to fill out 4 paper forms double-sided. Most of it required my name and my signature for various consents. ”

Of COURSE I would go back. I had to reschedule so I am going this afternoon so I'm unable to answer this question at the moment but based on past visits I know I am in the very best of hands and will continue to be.
Verified patient
A doctor who is not only knowledgeable but also provides detailed explanations. The staff working with him, particularly those at the front desk, are extremely courteous.

I had such a great experience w Dr Spaide and his staff, not only they are all friendly but also they are all very professional and helpful!
Waited three hours to be seen. Doctor and the staff were great, but in my opinion, way too long to wait for a 15 minute consult.
Dr. Spaide as top dr. As he is , he is friendly with the patient. His confidence and expertise in this complicated field of retina issues gave calm and assurance to my husband and me . He did a successful job and we felt he is partner with G-d to bring healing and improve vision of the eye . G-d bless him and his staff

Pleasant through excellent

I was in the office for almost 4 hours. The wait time between each check-in was too long. I waited almost 1 hour in a patient room before I see Dr. Richard. Everyone was friendly and attentive which I thought was great.
Verified patient
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. It's clear that people are happy working there and that creates a great environment for patients as well. Additionally, the office had newer technology and did not give me a rushed experience at all (as many other NYC doc offices can often do). I will absolutely be returning for any future eye care needs!

Great doctor. Great staff. Highly recommend.

My appointment was at 9:45am; when I finished, it was 11:40am; but the doctor was only talking to me by less than 10 minutes. All they did was to ask me to wait. The doctor was not helpful and has no sympathy at all! He kept saying “nothing you can do but to accept it“ and I couldn’t feel any care from him! Also, he was reluctant to tell me more about it and it seemed he wanted to leave as soon as possible for other things. Overall, this was my worst doctor visiting experience ever! Don’t consider him if you need eye care!
Dr Spaide was great. very informative and calming. checked my eyes thoroughly and answered to all of my questions. The staff was polite and professional. The clinc is well equipped with high end technology. Highly recommended

This office was fantastic. The doctor I originally booked with was out of office but the doctor I saw was amazing! He listened to my concerns and allowed me to take images of the images they took of my eye (pretty cool!). Highly recommend!
