I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The doctor introduced himself and was very welcoming. He listened and prescribed me with the best options for my injury. I would definitely return.
Dr Coats was tentative and kind
The doctor didn't even request anymore x-rays. I had to show him old x-rays I had on my phone. I feel he wasn't really interested in helping me at all. I was just looking for answers as to why my arm is still hurting after so much time and looking for some pain relief in my elbow joint. I was just another contributor to his pocketbook! I would not recommend him

Dr Coats is very professional. He greets you, listens to ask you about your concerns and looks at your hand to see for himself. He is polite and present during my visit. Janis T.
