But I have to say in Dr Mittman's defense it is allergy season and there were a lot of walking and I commend him for taking those walk in Most Doctors today will tell you go to first med But NOT Doc Mittman he's a great Doc and his Staff are the best especially Christine

I booked a 12 noon appointment and was rescheduled for 2 pm. The office did not open until 2, a noon appointment should not have been an option. I waited over an hour to be seen. Overall it was a 1 hour and 45 minute trip for a basic ailment.

The allergy test equipment was not modern and clean and the result was not reliable. The doctor and medical staff in the back office seem to be nice but the person on the front desk was yelling and even humiliating visitors.

Was not pleasant. Staff got irritated when i asked questions. Doctor did not explain procedures clearly. Did not explain test results. Staff gave wrong count of medicine to take. Told me to take pills for two day but only gave 1 set. Office told me to take off my shirt for test but no one closed the door so all patients walking by can look inside. Felt more like a test lab rat then patient. Horrible experience.

Dr Mittman is thorough and spends a good amount of time with you. I really felt like he paid attention to me and my symptoms.
The only thing I wish I knew about was the amount of time in my initial appt. I was checking for food allergies and it was my initial appt, so I knew I'd be there for a little while, but I was there over 2 hours. I just wish I knew that. But he's great overall :)

I have been to the office several times for either myself or two kids age 1 and 7. In all instances the wait is over 1 1/2 hours Once we get called, someone does an intake. In my last visit they asked why are u here. Instead of in a more professional manner. Once that's done u wait another hour to see the doctor. Only for him to give u a few minutes of his time. I came back to see if I just caught them on a off day. The staff is extremely rude not only to the patients but amongst themselves. U can hear them screaming at each other from the reception area. The doc may know his stuff but I'm sure there are other docs out there equally qualified. It's sad to see the lack of basic manners. I've been to my share of doctors offices and by far this is the worst all around. Even the office needs to be scrubbed down. It's dirty!! For an allergist u would think that would not be the case

This doctor was awesome. Far exceeded my expectations. He was very pleasant and very informative. I came from very far to see him because of his reviews . I do not regret taking the long commute.

I was taken in right away but I did have to wait a bit to talk to the doctor after my scratch test was complete. All in all everyone was nice and very thorough. He answered all my questions and was helpful. Good experience.

I think he is a good doctor. He listens to you and helps you manage your condition the best he can. You always have a very long wait to see him but on the flip side he is always willing to fit you in when you need to see him.
However, he gets very aggravated with his staff and it can be very uncomfortable to see/hear the way they interact with each other. VERY ACKWARD!
I do like having my allergy shots in his office because you are in and out rather quickly and don't need an appointment.

Unfortunately the office did not received my appointment request which was confirmed on ZocDoc meaning I had to fill out the application anyways however they were nice enough to take me in w/o app which made it understandable regarding the long wait time. The staff appeared to be very flexible and accommodating to their patience and it is a busy office for sure. I am still in the process of seeing the doc and will update once everything is done. As for the doctor, very straight forward and gets right to the point. For some that can be off putting but it didn't bother me. The senior staff members in my opinion are a little laid back which may come off unprofessional but not rude. Overall decent experience so far.

Prior to seeing Dr. Robert Mittman I went to 3 doctors and suffered for almost 1 year without any relief. Dr. Mittman was the only doctor who took his time to ask the right questions and test me to find out what was causing my rash.
