As much as he is involved in the advances that surround healthcare, he remains committed to caring for mom and baby through childbirth. Dr. Penney has published in the Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been voted a Top Doctor in New Jersey Magazine for the last five years. He is a member of the medical executive committee at Riverview Medical Center and an at-large member for Hackensack Meridian Health partners, as well as a lead physician for Axia Woman’s Health.
