Fast and efficient
I recently had a visit with Dr Rainer and I had to share my very uncomfortable experience. First off, I had a sonogram done by the technician and when i was called into the room for my actual exam, I was forced to do another sonogram by him. I asked why did I need to get this twice and he barely answered my question. That was strike 1. He commenced to talk to me and during that he pulled up my bra without even telling me that he was going to give me a breast exam. I was horrified as no GYN has ever done that before. I felt violated. To make things worse, the papsmear left me feeling very uncomfortable and my questions unanswered or disregarded. I felt like he sexually violated me. I would never recommend this doctor, nor will I ever return to this office.
I was comfortable
After my experience today, I'm clueless as to how Dr. Rainer doesn't have 5 star reviews across the board. Great doctor all around - wonderful bedside manner and honestly felt like I was being treated by a close friend or family member. I had some uneasy feelings going in since I'd never had a male OBGYN (sexist of me, I know), but I didn't for a moment feel uncomfortable. In fact, much more comfortable than I've ever been with a female OBGYN. Highly, highly recommend this doctor!
Dr. Rainer was stern and pleasant. He answered all my questions, explained and showed me everything he was doing or checking for and even created a diagram to explain an issue. Even though my appointment did not register in their system, they squeezed me in and allowed the Dr to see me. Overall, I am very happy with my visit.
The Best Doctor hands down ! Very informative and made sure that I understand everything that was going on before leaving visit .
Highly recommended I came in for irregular bleeding and a sonogram was done right away while I waited for Dr. Rainer. He was a little late but his bedside manner is excellent I was able to find out the same day what was wrong and a course of Action was laid out by Dr. Rainer. He is very knowledgeable and he is very patient.
Dr. Robert Rainer was excellent ! But , his nurses all have attitudes .
Awesome doctor, great bedside manner. Only caveat is that he was super late, I waited over an hour....
The doctor was an hour late to my appointment. I was almost charged a copay for a free well-woman exam. While the experience with the doctor was positive, I wouldn't go back.
Dr. Rainer and his staff were very pleasant and I loved how he took the time to tell me about my procedure would definitely recommend every one to come to see doctor Rainer . Good job ????.
Extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner and accommodating to my insurance limitations.
Dr. Rainer was so personable and friendly. He answered my questions and put some fears of birth control aside. He's honestly the best gynecologist I've ever had. I'll be happily seeing him again in 6 months.
The check in process was quick. I was a bew patient, so I had to fill out some paper work. After filling out the paper work, I waited maybe 5mins before I was called into the room. The nurse asked me some questions and then left the room. The doctor cam in immediately, with a female nurse, to make me feel more comfortable I guess. He was super quick but thorough. He explained was he was doing as he did it and answered any questions that I had.
It was quick and easy. He shows that he cares And Is very knowledgeable of what he’s talking about. I would recommend him.
Very professional and to the point!!
This was a terrible office. If you're going there for a procedure that they don't respect then they will treat you as such. I was not asked any questions, about my history, allergies, the basics. And this was my first and last time there. I will never go back there. I recommend you don't even make it your first time. Just avoid this terrible place.
Great all around.
My experience with Dr. Rainer was wonderful. Dr. Rainer is professional, yet friendly and personable. Dr. Rainer has a very gentle, comforting approach, and unlike too many other doctors, actually listened to me when I spoke about my body and my care. What was really comforting to me was the fact that with Dr. Rainer's level of expertise, I was able to let go and trust him.
I loved it! He was very professional and explained everything that was going on I love that!
