Rude staff, not on top of payment details at all.
Well, there was a young lady at the front desk that was professional and also pleasant! She definitely is the shining light of the entire experience! There was a male, who was very condescending and out right rude and unprofessional. He made a medical judgement based on my appearance which was, in my opinion, disrespectful! As far as office environment, my husband said good afternoon, and he did not have the decency to even raise his head to reply. The appointment overall was decent. The provider seemed to be merely doing his job, which is ok if you want to send a message that says "I don't really care to have you back in my office." Needless to say, this will not be a place that I return to.

Friendly staff. As this was first eye appointment in some years they did a good job of explaining all tests/exams and discussing results. Easy new eyeglass purchase process and took time to make sure insurance was used as expected.

This appt was very quick and thorough. Dr Ammon explained with care, every aspect of the visit and questions I had. The office staff was nice and attentive. Trich is very warm and welcoming. Great selection of glasses. I found my new favorite pair right away! :) offering appts early was a plus and very helpful.
