Dr. Mendez is the first doctor I’ve met who takes the time to listen. He asks questions and takes his time to help you. He never makes you wait long and never rushes you out. He’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and has a great bedside manner.

I have seen Dr. Mendez in his office. He’s very knowledgeable! My tele visit was actually a follow up, so was just a phone call. He noted new issues and had new meds ordered to my pharmacy. He said he will call me in the morning to check my progress. That dedication and professionalism is unmatched in this area.

Dr. Mendez spent at least 45 minutes with me - which is unheard of in today's - Rush them thru to make a buck world. He listened intently to all of my concerns, then addressed each one with clear answers that anyone could understand. I never once felt rushed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Mendez to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable doctor who listens.

I have multiple conditions and it felt so good to actually be listened to. Dr. Mendez listened to all of the symptoms I’ve been having over the last few years and was able to come up with some ideas on how to move forward. For once I feel like a doctor has actually listened and cared to try to put the puzzle pieces together on what is going on.

waiting time was only 15 minutes. Dr Mendez was very professional, asked questions & addressed all of my concerns. He made some recommendations for my cardiologist and my Endocrinologist on changing some of my medications. He did not miss anything. This was a great doctors visit.

I had an excellent experience as a new patient at Bluebird care physicians. The office is easy to get into, with ample parking and clean and open reception area. The receptionist is wonderful, patient and eager to help in any way she can. Dr Mendez is very welcoming, who spent a good amount of time with me, going over my medical history and current concerns. I am very comfortable with my decision to become a patient in his practice.

I can't speak highly enough of Bluebird Care Physicians and Dr. Mendez. The entire experience from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. Mendez was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. There was no wait time.
