About Dr. Ronica Holcombe
Dr. Holcombe is a native of Irving, Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M. After graduating valedictorian from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, she then completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery in Miami.
She was also awarded and completed an Orthopedic International Foot and Ankle Trauma/Internal Fixation Fellowship in Innsbruck, Austria. In addition, she has extensive training in the treatment and preventative care of diabetic wounds.
She began private practice and established North Texas Foot & Ankle in 2001. Her practice thrives due to her dedication and caring nature towards her patients. Dr. Holcombe has authored several publications in medical journals, as well as, dedicated time to several pediatric surgical mission projects in Mexico. Her credentials include being a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a member of the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and the American Diabetes Association.
Dr. Holcombe is Board Certified in Foot Surgery and Board Qualified in Reconstructive Rear foot/Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
She attributes her success and growth in the community to successful patient-doctor relationships based on education and communication. She is married, and she has four young girls who keep her busy with family activities.

Zoo doc does not submit appointments to the Office in a timely manor.
Therefore the appointment was not available when I booked it on line.
The two systems don’t work in sync.
Luckily they we’re able to fit me in.
Don’t rely on this system.

I started trying to schedule an appointment early this morning due to a miserable weekend with my foot . I was so excited when Dr Holcomb was able to get me in today! She came highly recommended by my Primary Care doctor! I even got lost thanks to Siri’s alternate route when I was actually just one street away, which caused me to be late, but amazingly, she said to come anyway, she would try to work me in; and I only waited the time it took to complete my forms! All of her staff was so accommodating, and I left with a manageable pain level and tools to help me not get to the previous pain level if at all possible! I'm very pleased with the care I received. I am a new patient, and the doctor and staff were very friendly. The doctor is very calm and knowlegeable. The process for my diagnosis was thoroughly explained and clear instructions were given for my care going forward. I also like the location of the office, and there is plenty of parking close to the front door.
