Dr. Briglevich, Dr. Greer, Chelsea, and Jamie are all very pleasant, kind, and professional in each of their jobs. So far every visit has been wonderful. The receptionist, Jamie, greets you every time with happiness and a smile. Chelsea is just so cool and down to earth. Dr. B and G are extremely knowledgeable and don't rush you out. The remember you, take care of you, and are genuinely curious about how things are going in your life. The only downfall is I've had to wait sometimes over 30 minutes from the time I check in until the doctor arrives in the room (not every time!). I'm okay with this because they're worth the wait and so I now just allow more time in my schedule for each visit. So if you're aware of that then there should be no problem. Absolutely awful. Waited over an hour. Took a urine sample and did not perform all the standard tests required so made me come back on. Called me saying my lab results were normal and I went off that information and when I call two weeks later, they say that they miscommunicated. I really love how the team Dr. Rose's office made my yearly wellness physical such a pleasant experience! From Jamie at the front desk who was incredibly helpful and sweet, especially when answering my questions about insurance, to Chelsie, the super cool MA who did her job flawlessly, to Staci the really nice nurse, and of course Dr. Rose! It is a special treat to find a doctor who tells you exactly the information and facts you need to hear at exactly the right timing, while being caring and direct. Dr. Briglevich is the absolute best doctor in the world. She listens to you and knows exactly how to get to the bottom of any health issue. After giving up on my OBGYN and former primary doctor whom I had complained to for four years - I decided to go to Rose. She helped uncover why I was always feeling sick. I had two children after 40 and was told by my previous doctors that it’s hard on a woman rebounding after babies when your over 40. Not true! Rose immediately had me getting a abdominal ultrasound. Finding where shocking. Tumor on my kidney, 4 golf ball size gallstones and a large fibroid. Rose helped find top rated interventional radiologist and surgeons. I feel like God knew I needed Rose. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but I felt obligated to after my experience with Dr. Briglevich and her staff. First off, they are almost impossible to get in touch with. They will blame their lack of communication on "Their phone system," but what it really boils down to is not having competent staff. When I finally was able to see the doctor (after at least an hour of sitting in the waiting room), I felt like she was trying to sell me on some mediterranean diet rather than addressing my concerns or getting to know me as a first time patient. All following conversations with the main woman at the front desk were purely disrespectful. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and was beyond unprofessional. Dr. Briglevich spent the majority of my visits telling me how overweight I was. Granted I'm about 25 pounds overweight, but she seemed fixated on spending a large amount of time telling me to go on a Mediterranean diet. I had been slowly losing weight after a surgery the previous year, and was down about 5 pounds the second time I went in. This did not seem to deter her in the slightest.
