For more than 20 years I have taught, counseled and consulted individuals as a psychologist and sport psychologist employing a multicultural and solution focused cognitive-behavioral therapy model. Using my background as a Hall of Fame athlete and coach, professional psychological training and world wide experiences, I have been able to support the mental, emotional and intellectual development, resiliency and personal well-being of an international population of individuals and professionals. Some of my work experiences include: • conducting individual, couples, and group counseling to a culturally diverse population of individuals, for personal, relationship, family, athletic, education and career concerns; • teaching life skills to educate individuals about their opportunities, manage challenges, and excel with the benefits of implementing effective life skills into daily life in order to succeed; • developing and applying sport psychology programs for NBA teams, a NFL team, a MLB team, the US Olympic Committee, multiple national governing bodies of sport, international ministries of sport, and Division 1 universities to integrate psychological and performance-focused services into personal development and athletic performance; • consulting with business leaders and managers around the world to enhance leadership development opportunities, conflict resolution skills, extension and retention guidelines, and provide integrative coaching feedback; • collaborating with support services and programs, such as; team leadership, performance medicine, university program directors, student judicial affairs, financial aid, cross cultural center, academic colleges, internship and career services to enhance clinical and performance service delivery, multicultural awareness, health and safety; • training and supervising practicum, doctoral interns, post-doctoral and psychology fellows;
