I had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. Roy Epstein. I came in for a routine exam and to discuss sterilization, as I’m childfree and never want to be pregnant. The office staff & assistant were welcoming and friendly, and I was seen right away.
Dr. Epstein is incredibly kind, patient, a great listener and communicator. I never once felt rushed, uncomfortable, or judged for my decision. It was such a relief to speak with a doctor who truly supports women being in control of their own bodies and choices. All of my questions were answered thoroughly, and I left the appointment with a solid plan. My bisalp is already scheduled for two months from now, and I feel so confident moving forward. I’m seriously so happy with the whole experience. If you're looking for an OB/GYN who’s compassionate, respectful, and totally supportive, I can’t recommend Dr. Epstein enough!

Dr. Epstein was the first obgyn to actually care about resolving my ongoing hormonal symptoms rather then telling me that it's "normal for women." I would recommend him to anyone who hasn't been able to find a doctor who actually listens.

I got my Skyla IUD with Dr. Epstein and had a great experience. The insertion did not hurt at all. He helped calm my anxiety before and after the appointment, walked me through the procedure, and answered all of my questions. In Addition, I had little to no cramping after the insertion. I'd highly recommend him due to his professionalism and nice bedside manner.

Dr Epstein was so kind and knowledgeable. The IUD insertion was quick and easy! If this is your first appointment and you plan to have IUD insertion, make sure to call the office ahead of time for appointment details. They will need your pharmacy information to send you prescription for Misoprostol to be taken the night before your appointment, which will soften the cervix for easier insertion. They will do urine pregnancy test same day as your appointment, so no sex 2 weeks prior. Because I scheduled the appointment through Zocdoc, this information was not initially provided to me, and so I assumed the first appointment was just a consultation and therefore had to reschedule so I could take the medication night before. Nonetheless, i would highly recommend Dr Epstein, he does the consultation with you same day as IUD insertion which I think is great. Overall very happy :)

I ran late because of traffic and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. As it was my first visit, Dr. Epstein sat me down in his office to chat about expectations before beginning the exam. The nurse, Joan, explained how the exam would proceed before I met the doctor. All expectations were met and the exam was great.
