“I was able to get an appointment here after having trouble getting in with any providers that took my insurance in Long Beach. I was grateful to be able to get the procedure I wanted even though it was my first visit! The staff was very friendly, and, though I did have to re-fill out my check-in information, I was seen almost as soon as it was finished. Dr. Silver was also very kind and sensitive during the procedure. Everything was clean and modern. There were also a lot of other patients who looked pleased with their services. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Silver.”

About Dr. Roy Silver
Dr. Roy Silver was originally born in Tel Aviv, Israel and grew up most of his life in Los Angeles. He received his bachelors degree with honors from Brandeis University in only three years.
His training began at New York University Downtown Hospital and he completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas where he was selected as chief resident in his fourth year of training.
He was awarded the Resident of the Year and Laparoscopic Surgeon of the Year in his second year of training. He was honored to be selected as a Rutledge Fellow in Gynecologic Oncology at MD Anderson Medical Center during his third year of residency. Dr. Silver won the Annual Fourth Year Resident Paper Day with his work on Argon Beam coagulation.
With a practice on the edge of Beverly Hills at Cedars Sinai and an office in downtown Los Angeles, Dr. Silver has been handling the medical needs of Los Angeles residents from all over the city and the Valley. Dr. Silver is Board Certified and a member of the Center of Excellence at Cedars Sinai for Minimally Invasive Gynecologic surgery.

I went in for a checkup for some irregularities in my cycle. They took blood work and said they’d call me next week, it’s almost a month later and I have not heard from the office. I called the second week after my appointment and said I’d like my results from the test, and was told by the annoyed assistant that there was no one there to read results and I’d have to wait for the NP to get any results. I was told the NP would be in the next day, by that point I’d lost hope. How can I trust my health with an office with little regard for my concerns. I will be asking for my results and taking them elsewhere.
