What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an empathetic and energized approach when working with my clients. I help my clients "dive deeper" so that they can improve their emotional awareness and gain additional insight into their unique challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Each session takes place virtually and is 60 minutes long. Prior to the first session, clients will complete a one-time intake form so that I can learn more about their background. Additionally, during each session clients will complete a short screener so that we can measure progress throughout therapy. During session we collaboratively decide how frequent we should meet (e.g., once a week or once a month).

If you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or Point of Service (POS) medical health plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement after meeting your out of network deductible. The specific amount of your out of network deductible as well as the percentage of partial reimbursement you may be entitled to depends on your specific medical plan. Partial reimbursement is based on a usual and customary fee (UCF). It is possible that the rate of reimbursement from your PPO or POS medical plan will substantially reduce your net out of pocket costs. We recommend calling the member services center for your healthcare provider and finding out more about your out-of-network coverage before scheduling your initial session.
