Dr. Mansoor's dedication to his field is evident in his effective use of the knowledge and skills he gained through his residency training at the UT Health San Antonio.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mansoor has demonstrated significant strengths in his role at Methodist Stone Oak Hospital. He achieved recognition by taking on the position of Medical Director in 2018 and subsequently served as Chief of Medicine from 2020 to 2022. What truly motivates him are the relationships he has built with his patients during bedside care and his unwavering commitment to staying updated with the ever-evolving field of medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Mansoor enjoys playing cricket and cherishes spending quality time with his two beautiful children.

I had sought out a new primary care provider as I had just moved to Texas. Dr. Mansoor was polite and thorough, he answered all my questions with care and empathy. His staff are prompt, helpful, and delightful. It’s a lovely practice, I’m grateful to be a patient there.

I do wish I could give higher ratings. Chloe was great, she is one of the assistants. I did not like how when I told the doctor my concerns, he downplayed it to "everyones like that" Which made me feel like I had to advocate even more for myself. So if the jokes were put aside and instead taken seriously first before the jokes, that would have been a better experience. Also, the lab tech was running late. Doc told me it would be 20 minutes, 35 min passed and I asked the front desk and she said "Idk why no one told you this, but she will not be coming in until another 30 minutes" So it would have been nice to know, so I could go back to work and actually eat something since I was fasting for labs.

I requested this appointment for a sports injury. Was not seen by the doctor I booked with but a nurse practitioner instead. Scheduling and results were very hard to obtain. There’s no direct number to the actual office. I was referred for a MRI to a location that did not have a MRI device. Instead, I was made to get x-rays twice. I was prescribed medication for arthritis and potentially gout. With no resolve or actual care plan for my initial complaint.
In short, kind of a waste of time and money.

I was under the impression that I'd be seeing the doctor; be aware that this practice has a handful of midlevel providers. You will most likely be seeing a nurse practitioner as opposed to an MD. Despite this, I felt like I was treated well, all things considered. I don't mind it too much, but I know this might be a concern for others.

I was seen by a nurse practitioner instead of the doctor I was expecting. He was busy in the hospital nearby from what a nurses assistant told me. Overall it was good and I hope to continue here my health wise.

I have went in twice but did not get to see the doctor i booked to see. The first time i was seen by a different doctor than the one booked and the 2nd time i was seen by a practicing nurse. If im booking an appointment with a particular doctor on Zocdoc i expect to see the actual doctor im booking the appointment with. This has happened twice and i dont expect this for a 3rd time or atleast they notify in adcance the doctor may not be able to see you and will have another doctor to review your visit.

I didn’t meet with the actual provider, but that’s fine since it was a new patient visit. I don’t know if that’s normal or not, but since I wasn’t being seen for a specific reason and just to establish care, I would imagine so. It was a very nice facility and everyone I spoke to was extremely pleasant and professional.

The wait time for this office was a bit ridiculous; however, was the nurse took me back and was going through my initial exam, she was very apologetic about the wait realizing it was a bad image for a new patient. All nurses and Dr. Mansoor were very professional and friendly. Dr. Mansoor listened to my concerns. While I felt heard, I did leave a little unsatisfied with the answers. I heard the Dr suggested the reason for the ailment being a supplement deficiency to other patients in addition to me. While I didn't think this was applicable in my specific situation but could have been for other patients, it gave the feeling as if he was trying to treat a crowd the same. Regardless, my experience was OK. The phlebotomist was nice and skilled, and it was nice getting blood work back so quickly on the patient portal.

The doctor(s) I have seen have been wonderful; however, it is like pulling teeth to reschedule follow ups through them. You will be on hold for long periods of time; with up beat music, another dial, and a woman answering with “This Health 210, please hold” every ten minutes over and over again. Before you are finally sent to a voicemail….. If you aren’t patient, maybe try somewhere else.

Dr. Mansoor was very kind and professional and listened to my concerns. I explained to him what was going on and what his concerns were. He recommended setting up follow-up appointments based on the medication. The office followed up with me regarding appointments after my appointment. Everything was quick. I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back and another 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor.

Dr. Mansoor was very friendly, kind, and helpful. He pretty easily knew what my condition was despite it being somewhat rare. I was able to schedule an appointment with him very quickly (within 1 day), which I greatly appreciated. I plan on returning and making him my PCP for the future.
