I booked this appt through this site that matched me by insurance. The doctors office called me and said they didn’t accept my insurance and cancelled my appt. Then I got called 3 separate times about this cancelled appointment, no one knew what was going on.

I was very impressed with the office staff when I walked in and I was greeted I was running late and they rescheduled my appointment The same day. Everyone was very nice and smells even had some nice conversations.
Highly recommend to my friends and family that this is the place to go, they atmosphere is absolutely wonderful the setting area it’s so comfortable.

I showed up 20 minutes early and the doctor wasn’t there. No called in advance to let me know this.
Then i was told there was an alternative doctor who can fill in and I asked if I will be at my same appointment time as i had to get back to work!
They said yes and then kept me waiting for another hour till I had to get up and leave to go back to my work!
Simply unprofessional!

The eye doctor was kind and gentle, offering helpful advice during the exam like blinking extra and head placement. Front desk staff were welcoming and I was in right away. An unsavory man came in with a terrible attitude from the get-go and was handled so well I was super impressed. Thank you, I’ll be back next year!
