About Dr. Sagina O'Halloran
Dr. O'Halloran is incredibly thankful to be part of a profession that allows her to not only meet amazing people every day but also use her skills to improve vision and eye health. Her priority is to address all of your current vision needs while helping you maintain healthy eyes and great vision for a lifetime. A native Oregonian, she earned her Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University and has been practicing in the Portland area for a decade. Dr. O'Halloran is a past board member of the Oregon Optometric Advocacy Council and served as Chair of the Oregon Optometric Public Affairs Council. She was honored as Young Optometrist of the Year and has participated in nonprofit organizations, traveling overseas to provide quality vision care to underserved populations. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

This was my first time getting a full eye exam and I didn’t know what to expect. They walked me through each step and it was so easy and painless. The hardest thing I had to do was keep my eyes open when they needed me to. My care provider was very informative and showed me pictures of my eyes and made me aware of how my new prescription may affect me. My only critique is that I felt like I was being sold too many things when I was consulting with the vision specialist after I got my prescription which was a bit uncomfortable.

Best eye care I’ve received. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Dr. O’Halloran was very thorough with the exam, had clearly taken time to go over my file before the appt, addressed concerns patiently and concisely, and was respectful with my name and pronouns. Highly recommend!

She was absolutely the best! A six star-doctor on a five-star scale! Run, don't walk, to her if you need your eyes examined. If you don't make an appointment with her, you do need your eyes examined!

Great OD. I stumbled upon this business by chance and decided to switch on a whim. In comparison to my previous OD the exam was far more comprehensive and through. The whole experience was quite pleasant and the staff was helpful and provided the highest quality service.
