About Dr. Sally Mina
Committed to providing a personalized eye care plan for each patient with a holistic approach to their individual needs. I specialize in Complete Family Eye Care, including custom glasses and contact lens fittings, myopia management, amblyopia prevention, dry eye disease management, specialty treatments, and systemic disease co-management of ocular manifestations. Our practice delivers extraordinary care in a relaxing and fun environment.
I earned my Doctor of Optometry from Salus University, Pennsylvania College of Optometry, and completed a residency at Omni Eye Specialists. I also hold a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware. We are a MiSight certified office for Myopia Management and provide ZEST and iLUX Thermal Pulsation System treatments at both of our convenient Plano, TX locations.

I have been very happy with Dr. Mina's eyecare. I have an issue with my eyes, including dry eyes, and she implemented the latest treatments for my eyes. She has also kept track of the cataract development in one of my eyes, and referred me to the proper physicians for the treatment of it.

Dr. Mina was very helpful and courteous. She even gave me some new insights about my recent glaucoma diagnosis.
When crafting my prescription she took into consideration my occupation and my computer habits. I highly recommend her!!

Dr. Mina is professional and doesn't rush the examination to make sure the results are accurate and I get the best treatment. She always smiles and that makes me comfortable and at ease if I'm a bit stressed from the examination. She follows up to make sure everything is going well and I get the best treatment. She is the best OD I have so far. Kudos to Dr. Mina

Dr Sally Mina is truly amazing. I moved from NJ to TX and was looking for a new eye doctor in the DFW area. She came highly recommended. The scheduling process was a breeze. Everything was done online and then someone from her office called to verify my information and confirm my appointment. There was absolutely ZERO waiting. I came in and she took me back into the exam room right away. I was there for glasses and contact lenses. She did a thorough eye exam. I needed daily and monthly contact lenses and she made sure to test both types of contact lenses before I left. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of eye care, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Mina was incredible!
I had come to her as a second opinion, as a referral from a friend, when the first diagnosis I received from a different provider stated my eyesight was rapidly declining & that I would need thick glasses going forward.
She was very gentle and took her time, instead of just rushing through like most doctors. She took thorough tests and asked me specific questions that allowed her to diagnose that I actually just had intense dry eye. With her care & expertise, my eyes felt SO much better in just a couple weeks and my eyes were back to normal! So glad that I took my friend’s advice to come see her. 10/10 recommend!!
