“I had a great experience here. Both the front desk staff and the provider were extremely friendly and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and has refreshments available in the waiting room.
I went to have my hearing tested and see about getting hearing aids. Dr. Pennington is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and down to earth. He explained each test before we did it, and showed me graphs helping me understand exactly how my hearing is affected. He helped me pick out some hearing aids by showing me all of my available options and exactly how much they would cost.
The preparation put in ahead of time by staff made me feel that I was in good hands. Really great experience and will be happy to go back in the future. Thanks!”

Sam Pennington was not only knowledgeable and professional, but personable, in that he went out of his way to help me get the medical care I needed. I was amazed when I returned for another appointment to see that Sam had done some referral research on his own time to make sure that my next step toward adequate hearing health was well guided and informed. This is a WOW doctor. I'm serious. The office was meticulous. The staff (Lilly, if I' not mistaken) was super friendly and kind. The doctor knew his stuff and helped me get a letter for my job, requesting reasonable accommodations for my hearing disability. What more can I say? If you're unsure of whether to book, I hope my review convinces you otherwise, sincerely, as these guys are exellent.
