The overall experience was unpleasant from the start. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early for my 8a appointment as a new patient and no one arrived to even let me into the office until 750a. They claimed I didn't complete my pre-appointment paperwork, which I had, nor did they have a competent individual behind the desk able to help with insurance. Once I finally was called back I felt like an inconvenience. Then after initial readings I was left in the room for roughly 10-15min and then had the doctor barge in without even a curiosity knock. I know it's not required but the way she entered was aggressive. Then the actual appointment felt like a check list and I didn't feel like she was listening to hardly anything I said but instead just gave me a laundry list of stuff she wanted done in less than a month's time. It was just too much and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I was greeted and seen immediately . Dr. Khan asked questions regarding my history , went over my labs , and asked if I had any concerns.
She was highly recommended in reviews and did not disappoint . I was looking for a professional new primary care doctor that accepted my insurance . And I found her !

I get to see the Dr herself not a nurse practitioner which is very important to me. Also the Dr is good and helpful . Hopefully it’ll be a good experience going to this office in the future for my health issues and I can continue to trust them for my care! Staff is nice. Long paperwork for new patient.

I'm so glad I picked Dr. Khan & her office. Seriously a huge difference from the impersonal medical treatment I'm used to, especially as a patient who's a WoC/BW. Dr. Khan herself was incredibly kind, a great listener, took time to explain details, and was very intent on getting to the root of my health issue and didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time or feel rushed at all. She was also extremely encouraging and reassuring on personal issues, I almost got choked up talking to her. She even was considerate enough to don a surgical (unasked!) when I showed up in an N99. I also had a medical episode in the waiting room while waiting for my appointment-- the staff took action IMMEDIATELY. Staff was attentive, empathetic, and diligent.
My only quibble is the location is hard to find because it's a upstairs suite at the end of a hallway-- literally the only downside.
