About Dr. Sandy Bowman
Dr. Sandy Bowman is the owner doctor of HealthSource of West Des Moines. Growing up in Louisiana, her family embraced chiropractic, and she learned at a young age the benefits chiropractic can have on overall health and well-being. She first attended Northwestern State University of Louisiana, and, after graduating, relocated to Dallas, TX. There, she realized her calling to help people live their best lives, and, in 2005, graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic with her BS in Human Anatomy and Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Sandy moved to Iowa in 2007 and opened Bowman Chiropractic, which is now HealthSource of West Des Moines. In her free time, Dr. Sandy loves travelling and spending as much time as possible outdoors. She participates in endurance sports and loves golfing and hiking with her dogs and family. She has a true passion for healthy living, and strives to live her values each day by practicing environmental conservation and sustainable living.
