Dr. Baldeo was professional, empathetic, and communicative. He took the time to show me images and explain the situation and next steps. The Crystal Run facility, however, was impersonal and a bit confusing. After checking in on a machine, it was unclear where to go next, and staff who initially spoke with me did not take the time to say hello or let me know the process for my visit--just immediately started asking specific questions about my medical issue and past treatment--in a waiting room full of people, which did not feel private or respectful. Fees for services and imaging were not communicated transparently, so I may be surprised by the bill or response from my insurance. However, the doctor himself seemed friendly, communicative, and competent.

Dr. Baldeo was fantastic. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. After discussing my reason for the visit, he looked at my X-rays and we spoke about my level of activity. Dr. Baldeo provided me with options for treatment based on the aggressiveness of treatment I wanted. I was provided some reading material and given time to ask questions. My treatment choice required a shot in the side of my foot. I told Dr. Baldeo that I was very squeamish with needles and he numbed the area, had me lay down and honestly…I didn’t even feel the injection go in. This was definitely an excellent experience with Dr. Baldeo. Although I hope I do not need to see him again for this issue, I would feel very confident if I need to in the future for this situation or any other podiatry need I may have. I highly recommend this provider.

Dr. Baldeo was excellent in making me feel comfortable during my consultation. I'm generally nervous during most visits to the doctor, but him and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Having moved here from another state only a month prior, this was an excellent experience and would gladly recommend to anyone else.
