About Dr. Sara Rains

Dr. Sara Rains was born and raised in Lewisville, NC. She became interested in chiropractic after overcoming a childhood sports injury with chiropractic care. After graduating West Forsyth High School, she attended UNC Chapel Hill for her undergraduate studies. She went on to attend National University of Health Sciences in Chicago to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic. She moved back to the Winston-Salem area in 2005 with the desire to serve the community and has been in practice since. She has balanced her work with being a professional endurance athlete competing at the national level in cycling and earning 3 national titles. She joined Brittian Chiropractic Center in 2018 and remains passionate about serving others through chiropractic care. She is happily married and values spending time with her family, friends, and pups!
