In the front desk I feel desperate, coz it take me a while to answer the Spanish question which I click English still Spanish then I ask the front desk to help me she don’t know how to do it rather. .i tried my best to answer which barely to understand the Spanish question. . It feel me so bad . Hoping this issue should be taking care of it. But in the office of Dr Sheldon can communicate well. And her PCT very awesome like Dr. Sheldon keep it up .

I was impressed to see the high level of humility Dr Sheldon possess. She kindly reacted out to her partner for a second opinion, and I highly respect and appreciated that. It takes a real caring doctor to act in that manner. She explained things without rushing, her bedside manner is of the highest standard. I highly recommend her. In addition, it was refreshing to see a diverse staff in the office and throughout the hospital.

This office was very diligent with communication ahead of the appointment. Dr. Shelden was especially gentle and she has a friendly and smiley demeanor. She explains everything you need to know without rushing. Excellent listener. I spoke with two staff members and both were pleasant and helpful. A typically busy office but not frantic. The questionnaire was the most thorough I’ve had as a patient of any specialty, it was educational. It didn’t take forever to become established as a new patient either. Highly recommend!

Dr. Shelden is great. She stops and takes the time to listen and understands you fully as a patient. I was fully explained my options for some female complications I am having. I did not feel rushed. I am a registered nurse. I don't think she knows this when she walks in to see me as a patient-so there are things I look for in a physician treating me. She is thorough and definitely would recommend her to anyone!
