“The doctor spent a lot of time with me answering all my questions. Very personable. I would highly recommend. They also have great imaging equipment for the eyes. I was able to see a detail image of my eye and she explained all the items that she saw. Not only a good doctor, but a doctor that has good technology in her office. She was on time, and the cost of the appointment was exactly what I expected”

About Dr. Saretta Zanjanchian
Dr. Saretta Zanjanchian, “Dr. Z.,” grew up in Austin, TX before attending Baylor University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Neuroscience with a Chemistry minor.
In 2007 she obtained her Doctorate of Optometry and another Bachelor’s of Science degree in Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During her final year in optometry school she had the opportunity to focus on primary care and ocular disease at her clinical rotation at Eye Centers of South Florida. She also rotated through an optometry private practice in Pompano Beach concentrating on contact lenses and primary care optometry.
Following graduation, Dr. Zanjanchian worked at Neuro-Vision Associates of North Texas in Plano, TX. Then in March of 2008 she began her own practice, Main Street Eye Care, in Lewisville, TX.
After 15+ years of successfully running her own practice, she decided to join her friend Dr. Emily Hollingsworth’s busy practice closer to her home.
Dr. Zanjanchian is passionate about vision correction and fitting contact lenses, especially first time wearers.
In her spare time, Dr. Zanjanchian enjoys classes at Pure Barre, using her Peloton bike, swimming and movies. She and her husband live in Frisco with their two daughters.

Dr. seemed to say the problem with my eyes is due to my age…even though this problem is not. She did give me good referrals for treatment. I really didn’t think being 3 months longer than a year since my last visit was a big deal, but she seemed perturbed.

This is the second time we went to this office. We drove out of the way to go there because we really liked Dr. Hollingsworth last year. We weren't disappointed this year. She was very nice and very thorough.
Actually, the only thing we weren't thrilled with is them using ZocDoc. The number of notifications (email and text) was obnoxious and overkill. I wish they would do appointments directly and will be calling instead in the future to not have to use you.

If you are allowing 2 patients to book together allocate the necessary time. Wait time was not good and not even enough chairs to accommodate those waiting . On people it’s a 5 out of 5. On process and wait time it was a 3.
