What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is one that is strength- and relationship-based, with a focus on tapping into the inner resilience that exists within and amongst us. I incorporate a variety of modalities, with flexibility and a strong sense of humor, to help clients reach their goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When life throws us for a loop (or many!), it can leave us feeling disoriented and without a sense of solid footing. We may even forget our internal resources that can help us work through hardships. In my practice, I provide a safe space to explore the best parts of you that may get lost to dark times. Clients who work with me are actively part of the therapeutic process and guide the flow of treatment. Sessions are typically 50-minutes and occur virtually. For first time clients, I offer consultations for us to discuss your needs and to determine how therapy can best meet your needs.
