The doctor is very pleasant and more than capable, but for up to a year now all I have is billing problems with this office. I will not be returning any more. I have asked and asked them to bill it to my coverage and they do not. What is the use of insurance if they will not be billing it??? It is far to late to be calling me or talking to me, as that point has passed. Thank you Dr for your kindness, this is not a reflection on you.

I did have a longer wait? than normal, but that was due to a previous patient having a medical emergency. The staff informed the patients in the waiting room of the delay and asked if we wanted to reschedule or wait. I waited because I was a new patient and I was treated very well by the staff. It’s always difficult getting to know a new doctor, but I feel like doctor Karmegam was attentive and gave me a few options of what might be going on. The only thing that gave me pause was the very small waiting room.. Because of my chronic ailments, I need a place to sit down. Thankfully, there was one chair that I was able to sit in so in the end it did work out even though the waiting room had several people.

This provider completely disregarded my concerns in regards to my IUD removal. I told him I didn’t like the inconsistent bleeding and other issues I was having with my IUD. He said “but weren’t you told that at the appointment when they put it in?” I said YES! I decided to try it out and I don’t like it. I also told him I’d like to try this natural detox tea and I can’t have any metal in my body, he said “hmm I’ve never heard of that,” as to discredit what I was telling him. We then went ahead with the process of removal which he seemed completely hesitant about. I was nervous and asked if he was comfortable, he stepped out the room and made a FaceTime call that was concerning. They brought me to a room and told me to undress with the blinds wide open. The bed happened to be broken so we had to move to a different room. Him and his PA both tried to remove the IUD and said “mmm it’s too far up the uterus we have to send you somewhere else.” They were not confident and very sketchy.

They double booked patients so I was never seen by the doctor and was told that I can either keep waiting for him (they could not tell how long) or I would have to reschedule after an hour of waiting for the doctor. I felt like I completely wasted my time coming in between my work.
