I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in Chicago, Illinois, and the proud founder and clinical director of Chicago Psychology Services. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Hypnosis from Adler University. My practice specializes in offering comprehensive psychological services tailored to individual needs, encompassing assessment, psychotherapy, biofeedback, and hypnosis.
My approach is rooted in meeting each person with dignity and empathy, ensuring that their unique needs are heard and understood. I specialize in addressing a wide array of concerns, including trauma and dissociative disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, rehabilitation concerns, and chronic pain. My goal is to foster a sense of hope and empowerment in every individual I work with.
Prior to establishing Chicago Psychology Services, I gained invaluable experience in diverse settings such as psychiatric wards, in-patient drug and alcohol treatment centers, and a rehabilitation hospital. My journey in therapeutic techniques dates back to the early 2000s, and I have honed my expertise in clinical hypnosis over the years.
Beyond my practice, I am also the host of The Psychology Talk Podcast, where I delve into insightful discussions on various psychological topics.
