“Dr Scott W is a highly competent professional with a gentle touch. I truly appreciate his wonderful positive attitude. I feel quite lucky to get a same day appt with probably one of the top podiatrists in Charlotte. A terrific staff supports him.
Now I can enjoy this Memorial Day Holiday Weekend and know my issue will heal quickly and properly… (it surely would have gotten worse in a day or so and my wife wouldn’t have been very happy driving me to the ER on Memorial Day : )”

I called the office the day before to verify my insurance coverage and told them I do not let anyone make a copy of my licsence because I experience identity theft from a doctor's office. They said okay. They verified who I was by looking at my license and copied my insurance card. When I went into the exam room the assitance was very rude to me because I wouldn't let them copy my license and I didn't let them take a picture of me. Then when the doctor came in he didn't do anything but tell me a story about his father who also played pickleball and how I should not play so much. He didn't exam both of my feet he just talked about his father. This was not what I paid for and my expectation was for a doctor to give me advice on how to treat my plantar fasciitis. This was a money grab with no medical service.

It appears that some of the information that I put online prior to the appointment transferred over, but some of it did not. The receptionist mentioned that when I photographed my insurance card it comes through her system very large and blurry. So she asked to see it again. No big deal, but it happened.
