About Dr. Sean Bennington

Dr. Sean first visited a chiropractic office over 20 years ago after tearing two discs in his lower back. The pain was agonizing, but what was worse was that it was constant and unrelenting. It made everything in life difficult—he found it hard to concentrate, be a good employee, or even a father while in constant pain. For a year, he bounced around to different doctors and specialists until a friend recommended he see a chiropractor. He told his friend he didn’t really believe in chiropractic, and his friend replied, “You don’t have to believe in it for it to work.” Little did Dr. Sean know how profound an effect this statement would have on his life. He took his friend’s advice, received treatment, avoided surgery, and to this day has remained pain-free. Because of his own experience, he has tremendous empathy and compassion for his patients when they are in pain. He now views his debilitating and chronic pain as a blessing that has allowed him to connect with and help many patients over the years. A Kansas native, Dr. Sean recently moved to the area to be near his children. With more than 20 years of experience, he has had the privilege to work with professional athletes, Olympians, famous musicians, CEOs of large corporations, and international pastors. He has earned a reputation as “the chiropractor other chiropractors go to be treated.” He loves technology and holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, but his true passion is chiropractic. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College. The only thing he loves more than being a chiropractor is being a father to his four children. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, and is an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan—he has even jokingly nicknamed one of his adjustments the “Tomahawk Chop.”
