The office was very clean and nicely decorated. The support staff were friendly and answered any questions I had. The doctor left something to be desired. He seemed very knowledgeable and proficient in his work however, he barely paused for me to explain my experience. I felt very rushed and he didn’t dive deeper as I was expecting. Ei. ask about my current skincare regimen or what I’ve tried on my own previously. I will still go back to see him as he did seem knowledgeable. Hopefully next time he will pause long enough for me to explain more about my experiences.

Scheduled for a specific day (oct 20) and office had another day scheduled for me the following month which they never let me know so I called the office to make sure i was scheduled for the 20th. So I would never have gotten an appointment if I had never called them to confirm.
