About Dr. Seema Nambiar
“My goal is to help my patients look and feel better. Controlling pain helps patients live their lives. Cosmetic medicine helps improve appearance and increases self-esteem and confidence."
Dr. Nambiar is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine - Academic Campus and completed her Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency at Baylor College of Medicine. She also pursued a clinical fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine. She believes in using a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to help relieve pain and specializes in musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, nonsurgical sports injuries, spine disorders, headaches, facial pain, neuropathic pain, and rheumatologic disorders. She takes the time to thoroughly evaluate her patients before deciding on the best treatment options.
Dr. Nambiar has received specialized training and has years of experience in the use of various treatment options for pain, musculoskeletal injuries, and aesthetic medicine. She has been serving the Long Island community for over 15 years.

Dr Namibiar and her staff were a pleasant surprise I thought I was seeing a pain management doctor but her office is so much more Dr listened to everything I had to say about my condition and treatment She offered innovative ideas for my treatment plan I went back to my previous PMD to talk of Dr Namibiar plan My PMD FINALLY LISTENED TO ME and changed their plan to use Dr Namibiar suggestions Despite having a wonderful visit, I am staying with my old PMD I’ve been with this practice for 20+ years MY PMD moved from practice but they offer more services that Dr Namibiar’s office don’t I am so grateful that I went for a different doctor to find a fresh approach Thank you
