Perhaps you are navigating a major life transition, struggling in a relationship, grieving a loss, or finding that the strategies you once relied on are no longer working. With nearly 30 years of experience, I help adults better understand what is contributing to their distress and develop practical strategies to feel more balanced, confident, and in control. Dr. Sazgar specializes in helping adults with anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Using evidence-based approaches, she helps clients better understand patterns contributing to distress, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. Reaching out for support can be difficult, especially when you’ve been managing things on your own. Dr. Sazgar provides a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space to understand what you’re experiencing, build on your strengths, develop new perspectives, and find practical ways to feel more balanced and in control.
