Most relevant

No communication from their office about their patient intake forms. After waiting 10 minutes in the waiting room, a male nurse told me that i should do the forms, then ended the video call. I couldn’t find this link on anything so i called after that to try and get help from their team but their phones sound like they were made in 1920, and was cutting in and out. When i filled out the paper work and sent it in, there was no communication from the office on how they got the paper work or even to reschedule, they just ended my call and i haven’t heard back. Seems a little sketchy because she marked the appointment as complete but i never even got a chance to speak to the doctor.
