My PCP retired last month and was looking at Dr. Niazi to potentially fill that position. I scheduled my appointment to come to her office, but tested positive for COVID 2 days prior. Her office manager was very friendly and change the appointment to a video consultation. I waited for 40 minutes before the doctor came on the chat room and was greeted very coldly. Pull up any of the information that I had sent via MyChart, and after five minutes of speaking she asked why I was even calling. She was very difficult to My PCP retired last month and was looking at Dr. Niazi to potentially fill that position. She was very difficult to understand mainly because she was wearing a mask on a video consultation which I found strange. I am the primary caregiver to my mother who has severe dementia. My previous PCP treated me for depression and anxiety. Dr. Niazi told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist and then she would not help me with any of my prescriptions. She also said that I needed immediately to go to the ER for elevated blood pressure. My blood pressure was only high because of her. NEVER AGAIN! mainly because she was wearing a mask on a video consultation which I found strange. I am the primary??? caregiver to my mother who has severe dementia. My previous PCP treated me for depression and anxiety. Dr. Niazi told me that I needed to see a psychiatrist and thAT she would not help me with any of my prescriptions. She also said that I needed immediately to go to the ER for elevated blood pressure. I sat there stunned by her attitude and SHE disconnected.

Dr. Niazi was so easy to talk to. She was attentive and knowledgeable. She listened and studied my medical history thoroughly and came up with great future treatment plans. The staff was amazing and friendly. I felt welcomed. Was my first visit, but I felt right at home. I’m so happy to have found her.

Since this is my first visit I was not sure of the whole experience, I felt a little uncomfortable, when I step into the clinic the receptionist was polite as well as the nurse (she makes me feel comfortable). Dr. Shamamah was awesome, she was very patient and explain the details of the pap smear, she definitely makes me feel relaxed. All in all the visit was fantastic.
