I am currently completing my postdoctoral training with Integrative Psychology Group, LLC with a focus on adult psychotherapy and assessment. I have extensive experience in providing executive coaching and leadership training. I also have experience providing both outpatient and inpatient psychotherapy, working with a wide range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, substance use and co-occurring disorders, and psychosis. My approach is holistic, considering the unique needs of each client while utilizing and integrating various therapeutic techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Relational Therapy, to foster growth and healing. My goal is to empower clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.
