Thoughtful and kind listener. I appreciated that she didn’t make assumptions that all my symptoms were related to my main complaint and tested different issues. We really did find something worth exploring with another specialist because of that extra testing so it was extra appreciated. She was thorough in explaining the different options for treatment and was patient when I needed clarification.

This office has the most unprofessional staff ever, communication is key however since at the moment they do not have a proper manager they seem to act like children and lack the ability to understand or communicate properly with patients.
