About Dr. Sharon Romain

If you do not select this visit reason your appointment will have to be cancelled by the practice due to scheduling requirements. Annual physicals can only be booked 1x per year.

Easy parking in lot. Definitely handicap accessible. Nice, professional front office staff. Beautiful waiting room with fresh water and nice restroom. Only waited 5 minutes and was called in. Vital were taken. Doctor came in within 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Made my teen son feel comfortable and heard. Listened to his chest and breathing. Prescribed appropriate meds. We were done in 15 minutes. Great practice. Would definitely recommend.

Visit was ok when it happened. They were late bringing me in, and the assistant apologized. I am sure she does that everyday. There was zero sincerity in her apology. I told her not to be sorry, when she offered me her "excuse", then apology, letting me know it was not her fault. I let her know it may not be her fault, but it is her responsibility. My time is just as valuable as theirs, maybe more in terms of dollars per minute. The point is poor scheduling on their part means I wait. Airlines have the same problem, and they own it.
Medical groups are service providers, Service here needs to improve. BTW, none of this had anything to do with the doctor, as she was milling around in the hallway waiting for them to get me in! The excuse offered was a patient was having problems with their insurance.... so the receptionist had to make me wait! In the process revealing they care more about getting their money, than me. I will be voting with my feet, and going elsewhere in the future.

I enjoy my visits with Dr. Romain. She is efficient and straight-forward. I always feel well-informed of my diagnosis and treatment plan. At the end of the visit, she finished and left the room. I had to gather my things and go to check-out but it would've been nice if a MA could walk me out. The conclusion felt very cold.

I scheduled the appointment ahead of time and arrived early. I was taken into the exam room 15 minutes past the scheduled time. The nurse was very thorough. I then waited 45 minutes for the doctor. Doctor Romain came in, spent no more than 4 minutes with me, and did not answer my questions - even though I preloaded them into the patient portal at the practice.
Once I received my results back, I had to call - twice. The nurse called me back and told me I had some abnormal results. I requested to speak with the doctor - the nurse informed me she was "busy" but assured me she "wouldn't be too concerned" with the results. When I told her I was, in fact, concerned, she just said "yea, and have a good night" and hung up. Very disappointed.
