Dr. Fish earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his Residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, as well as a Fellowship, at UT Health San Antonio | University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. With this extensive training, he and the team diagnose and treat common foot and ankle problems, including ankle sprains, bunions, hammertoes, and heel pain.
They also offer specialized care such as wound management and treatment of ingrown toenails. Whenever possible, Dr. Fish and the team prioritize conservative and minimally invasive approaches to pain management. If at-home treatments and activity modifications don't provide lasting relief, Dr. Fish may recommend foot surgery. As the only board-certified podiatrist in the Kerrville area, he is skilled in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques. Dr. Fish performs advanced procedures including Treace Lapiplasty and Stryker Lapifusion for complex bunion repair, Arthrex Achilles Speedbridge for Achilles rupture repair, and flat foot reconstruction.
