About Dr. Shazia Shadani

Dr. Shadani has over 10 years of experience in treating various rheumatologic diseases. She holds a double board certification in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology, and has extensive training in musculoskeletal ultrasound examination. She specializes in the full spectrum of rheumatologic diseases with a special interest in treating rheumatoid arthritis. She is well versed in standard therapies as well as newer medications on the horizon. As a rheumatologist Dr. Shadani understands the impact of chronic disease on physical and emotional well-being. She believes that there is no one size fits all treatment approach to these diseases and is committed to customizing a treatment regimen to each individual patient. Dr. Shadani is dedicated to building long-lasting relationships based on trust and medical integrity with every single patient. Aside from treating patients, Dr. Shadani enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and four children.
