The provider that I booked with and pictured on ZocDoc was not the doctor who conducted my exam. I booked an appointment for a contact lens exam, and I was provided with only with a glasses subscription. Confusing visit, as the optometrist also didn't seem to be familiar with the practice. The front desk staff comes across as quite abrasive, but they're responsive at least. Wouldn't recommend this practice if you can find another option that will work for your needs.

I wanted to see Shinjini Bose, the optometrist I made the appointment with, but she wasn't the optometrist I saw. I don't know why they couldn't have listed the optometrist who was seeing patients for her days given that they knew in advance that she is out on family leave.
