The entire experience was perfect. While I've been to Boro Park OBGYN in the past, this is the first time I was at the office on Eastern Pkway and the first time I met Dr. Alter. This office was super clean and new. Very friendly girls at the reception, wonderful nurses and Dr. Alter was fantastic. I felt very cared for and treated with professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend.

Not respecting my time. If you cannot see patients at their appt time, what's the point of making appts??? Patients have their own daily schedules to attend to.

Office called many times to confirm/clarify my insurance and then cancelled on me last minute and were rude and mean over the phone. Left me very upset and without care after waiting over a month for my appointment just to have it cancelled

I had a really good experience here. I was seen before my appointment time. Doctor Alter listened to everything i asked and did all the testing that i asked for. I appreciated that a lot. The staff was so friendly and i felt very comfortable asking questions. I would highly recommend this place.
