About Sibyl Kirkland
Sibyl L. Kirkland, FNP-BC is a board-certified nurse practitioner currently seeing patients at Clemons Family Practice in Statesboro, Georgia.
Sibyl was born and raised in the City of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania but has lived in Statesboro for over 20 years. After moving to Statesboro, she attended Georgia Southern University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. For her Masters, she attended Georgia Southern University’s Graduate Nursing Program in Family Nursing where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Sibyl welcomes patients ages 5 and older, with her medical interests consisting of chronic illness treatment and management, palliative care and end-of-life care, preventive care and wellness, and diagnostics.
Sibyl loves to spend time with her loving family: her husband Marcus, her three grown children – Sierra (Josh), Simone, and Marcus Jr, her two grandchildren - Alex and Maliyah, her dogs, granddogs and grandcat. Sibyl enjoys spending quality time with them, whether it’s on trips or hanging out at home. In her spare time, she enjoys line dancing, singing and walking. She loves traveling across the US and internationally whenever she can and volunteers at church under several ministries.
