About Dr. Sidney Sands

Dr. Sidney is a Florida native, born and raised in Brevard County. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, inspired to pursue chiropractic care after her anatomy courses during her bachelor’s program at UCF. With a passion for holistic health and a background in sports (lacrosse, volleyball, basketball), Dr. Sidney discovered that aches and pains don’t have to be a part of an active lifestyle. Chiropractic school revealed to her the possibility of enjoying an active life without constant discomfort. Dr. Sidney specializes in treating patients of all ages, employing a variety of techniques tailored to individual needs, including full-spine Diversified, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, and Activator methods. Outside of work, Dr. Sidney enjoys going to the gym, reading, and engaging in sports, especially golfing with her husband and watching college football. A Disney Annual Passholder, she also has a passion for gaming. Dr. Sidney has a beloved dog, Benson, a boxer mix.
