I visited this provider in March 2026 for a viral illness, having seen her previously last year (March 2025). While the office is clean and the staff are professional and friendly, my experience with the doctor was unacceptable.
During my visit, I felt spoken over and was not given a chance to fully explain my symptoms, which was especially difficult with a hoarse voice. A phone was placed next to me in what appeared to be recording, which made me uncomfortable. My doctor’s note only covered 24 hours despite being told my illness could last 7–10 days. On a follow-up call on March 26, I explained I was feeling worse, but received minimal guidance and was told I would feel better with cough drops. She also brought up my job in a way that felt irrelevant.
Due to the doctor’s lack of communication and professionalism, I will not be returning.
