About Simone Faybyshev
Simone Faybyshev-Golynkin is an ANCC Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Simone received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in the Science of Nursing from Wagner College. Her career began as a registered nurse at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, where she worked on the surgical step-down unit. She then gained experience in various outpatient specialties, including but not limited to internal medicine, pain management, and neurology. Simone spent three years working with NYU Langone Medical Center in an outpatient surgical facility, which included gastroenterology, podiatry, urology, and plastic surgery. After six years as a registered nurse, she earned her master's degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner. Her clinical experience includes adult and pediatric internal medicine, emergency medicine, OB-GYN, and dermatology. As an FNP, she is able to diagnose, manage, and treat a wide variety of chronic and acute conditions. She is proficient in performing comprehensive annual physical exams, pre-operative exams, pre-operative clearance, and preventive care planning. Simone uses a holistic approach to treat the patient as a whole rather than just addressing symptoms of disease. She is fluent in Russian.

Simone Faybyshev was great. She listened and answered any questions I had. My nurse, Agnes, was amazing during my bloodwork. I have very difficult veins to find and she kept me laughing throughout.
I did have to wait over an hour before I was called in and was informed that someone had overridden my appointment and placed someone else in that time slot.

NP Simone was amazing, my appointment was on time, she was able to quickly diagnose my symptoms and prescribed me the medication I needed to clear my congestion immediately. I would recommend her highly to anyone!

I appreciate all the staff at this medical center - kind and efficient. Simone is great - she answered all of my questions and did not rush my visit. She is very supportive and made referrals for all of the follow-ups that I need, which the front desk scheduled for me when I was checking out. Also I faint from blood draws and the staff were amazing at making sure I was okay after.

My visit was great. They called my at 2:30 to get my estimated arrival for my 3:00 appt. I arrived shortly after and was greeted and assisted right away. The waiting time was less than 10 minutes and I was sent to the back. The nurse came in right away and the doctor shortly behind her. Everyone there was so nice and answered all my questions and problems. The wait time and service was great. Highly recommended and will be returning.
