About Dr. Sina Safar
Dr. Safar was born and raised in Houston, TX. After attending college at The University of Texas at Austin, he received his medical education from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. Dr. Safar attended Trinitas Regional Medical Center in Elizabeth, NJ for his reconstructive foot and ankle surgical residency training emphasizing in limb salvage and wound care. It was during his residency where Dr. Safar became experienced in all of the conservative and surgical scopes of Podiatry. Dr. Safar is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine.
Dr. Safar’s passion for medicine began at a very early age when all he wanted to do was help those in need. He constantly volunteered at hospitals and shelters growing up and was part of Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA) during high school. While in college, Dr. Safar was published in a research article at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX which further motivated him into pursuing his interest in medicine.
Most people are nervous when seeing the Doctor, but Dr. Safar makes the setting as comfortable and relaxing as possible to ensure every patient is at ease. It is in his nature to treat patients as if they were his own family. Dr. Safar believes in putting all of his efforts into making sure everyone is treated medically and respectfully with care.
Dr. Safar enjoys spending quality time with his family. He loves food, sports, traveling, movies, technology, and has a passion for cars.

The nursing staff is honestly the best I’ve ever come across. My nurse was super friendly and really wanted to get to know me and my injury. Dr. S Safar was very friendly and really helped me understand what my injury was and how to properly heal and manage my pain. I’m looking forward to my follow up appointments. I also had to call back to get records and the staff at the office were quick, kind, and polite.

Finding was the building was the most difficult part. The signage is non-existent but everything else was great.
I didn’t feel rushed at all! Dr Safar was thorough and explained everything to me. Even put together a treatment plan and explained my options.
