About Dr. Sirisha Pokala
Dr. Pokala is a board certified surgeon who was born in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and grew up in Southlake, TX. After high school, she went on to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences at the University of Texas at Austin (hook ‘em!). While obtaining her degree in nutrition, Dr. Pokala became passionate about caring for diabetic patients and decided to specialize in podiatry. After college, she attended New York College of Podiatric Medicine where she completed her doctorate degree. Dr. Pokala then trained in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Ascension Providence Hospital in Southfield Michigan. Her training specialized in diabetic limb salvage, elective forefoot procedures, and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Pokala has been practicing in the DFW area since graduating residency. When it comes to patients, Dr. Pokala likes to exhaust conservative treatment prior to surgery. She places importance in educating her patients and jointly coming up with a treatment plan. During her free time, she likes to do yoga, try the newest restaurant in town, and spend time with her family.

My doctor was extremely professional and was a great listener. The offices were well decorated for the corresponding season and were very clean. Most importantly I feel confident with the remedies provided to fix my pain / issue. I highly recommend Doctor Pokala.

Definitely would not recommend. She’s very standoffish & dismissive from the beginning. Thought maybe she’s having a bad day. On my follow-up she didn’t even look at my foot but of course they still
charged me for the “consultation”

When I arrived, there was some confusion about whether or not I had an appointment. I am not sure what the glitch was but whatever it was they got me in at my appointed time so it was no big deal at all. Very friendly about everything and everbody I dealt with was great.
