Dr. Songhui Ma is a board-certified allergist and immunologist with more than two decades of clinical and academic experience. She earned her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine and completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Allergy and Clinical Immunology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Throughout her career, Dr. Ma has worked in both hospital and private practice settings, serving diverse patient populations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
She previously served as Site Division Chief at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, where she developed clinical protocols, led quality improvement initiatives, and mentored medical trainees. Known for her thoughtful, patient-centered approach, Dr. Ma is passionate about helping individuals manage allergies, asthma, and immune-related conditions through clear communication and personalized care.

I was previously a patient of Dr Ma's at Mt Sinai, but hadn't seen her for a couple of years. She was running a bit late , but came in briefly to let me know she had to see one more patient and would then be with me. She went over my allergy history. She asked if I'd had recent bloodwork. If not, she would order it, but if I could provide documentation of recent bloodwork she'd use that. Nice to have a doctor who doesn't just automatically do lab tests unnecessarily!
She is a wonderful doctor. She genuinely listens and explains patiently.

Dr. Ma is an excellent allergist. She was kind, funny, patient, and took time to listen to my concerns. She explained things in a simple way that was easy to understand, and I never felt rushed.
The assistant who helped take my vitals and complete the test was also wonderful, friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the visit
The office was professional and welcoming, and the whole visit went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ma to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable allergist.

Honestly one of the best doctor experiences I've ever had. Dr. Songhui Ma is thorough, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She did a full allergy workup during my first visit, listened carefully, and got to the bottom of my allergy issues fast. The office is well run and the whole visit felt seamless. If you need an allergist, stop scrolling. Book her.

Nice office. Staff was friendly and warm. I was seen right on time and Dr. Ma never left me waiting during my testing. She listened carefully to my concerns and offered ideas for preventative measures I could take to prevent further issues. She was concerned and caring. I would definitely recommend both the office and the doctor.
