Dr. Sonia Erickson, a Bay Area native, graduated from U.C. Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology. She then graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco (now the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University). She completed a two-year surgical residency at Bellwood General Hospital in Bellflower, CA and then completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine at the Irvine Multi-Specialty Surgical Care Center in Irvine, CA. She is Board Certified in Foot Surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and has over twenty years of experience in private practice. Dr. Erickson is committed to providing quality podiatric care for her patients. She takes pride in being compassionate and knowledgeable to help her patients reach their heath goals. Dr. Erickson lives in the Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She loves spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys hiking and other outdoor activities.
