More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Knowledgeable in Grief counseling. Help me accept my wife's passing.

Great therapist and highly skilled. Provided lots of insights throughout sessions and was very warm and caring during sessions. My level of self-awareness grew being in therapy.
I have a very challenging grouping of diagnoses; I cover every letter in the English alphabet, and am prescribed 14 pills on the daily. Soudabeh handles it all without flinching. I do believe Good Therapy is the responsibility of both members involved. I really appreciate my sessions, and even with homework assignments (which I don’t always do :/ ), look forward to meeting with Soudabeh. She has been good for me. Please know, I have had four previous therapists in the last 25 years. 3 were older than myself, and one was … a millennia. And although the first two very possibly scarred me for life, the “softness” and “reassuring nature” of the millennial, was by far The WORST to deal with. Saying my problems/situations, “seem really hard to cope with” is Not what I personally need to hear. Some must be thrilled by this approach, I can only imagine., but that person isn’t me. So thrilled Soudabeh is constructive, can redirect my ADHD derailments, isn’t overwhelmed by my nasty mental health profile and life, and It feels like I have a friend.. which would bring the total friend count up to 3, as I consider my dogs my friends. …okay, may just 2…. They both are small and vindictive at times…. So really more like .5 for each one.
Dr Rahmankhah has made a real impact in changing the direction of my life. I’m still having a very rough time but only because there is so much to deal with in a limited amount of time. I’m hanging in there during each gap of time as each meeting is a much needed gasp of air. I’m very grateful for such caring and effective help.
She immediately made me feel at ease and I felt comfortable working with her. I like her enthusiasm and caring nature. A good fit with a therapist can be a challenge to find. I appreciate this care.
